This same yere the kyng helde ryally seynt George feste at Wyndesore, there beynge John of Fraunce; the whiche kyngs John seyde in scorn, that he sawe never so ryall a feste and so costelewe mad with tailles of tre, withoughte payeng of gold and silver


This same year the king held royally saint George feast at Windsor, there being John of France; the which king John said in scorn, then he saw never so royal a feast and so costly made with tails [tales?] of [something], without paying of gold and silver.
